Services

Bluebonnet Mobile Car Detailing provides mobile car detailing services, including interior cleaning, exterior hand washing and waxing, paint correction, ceramic protection, headlight restoration, engine bay detailing, and related add-on services. Our team brings all necessary equipment and supplies to your driveway, apartment parking spot, or office lot in Rollingwood or the surrounding area. The specific services included in your appointment depend on the package you book and any add-ons you select.

Booking and Scheduling

You can book a mobile car detailing appointment through our online booking system or by calling (512) 706-9168. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and contact details. We will confirm your appointment by phone or email. If we cannot reach you or you do not respond to our confirmation attempts, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Same-day mobile car detailing is offered when scheduled by 11am, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your slot to another customer. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (512) 706-9168 or use the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment

Our published prices reflect standard pricing for typical vehicles in typical condition. Pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle size, condition, level of soiling, pet hair, odors, or other factors that affect the time and supplies required to complete the detail. We will communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work.

Payment is due upon completion of the mobile car detailing service unless you choose to pre-pay through our optional pre-payment flow. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to provide the best mobile car detailing experience, you agree to: provide a safe, accessible location in Rollingwood or the surrounding area where we can park and work on your vehicle; remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment; disclose any known issues with the vehicle such as leaks, damage, or sensitive aftermarket components; and be reachable by phone during your appointment window in case we need to confirm details.

Limitations of Liability

We take great care with every mobile car detailing appointment. However, Bluebonnet Mobile Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, wear, or conditions on your vehicle, including but not limited to chipped or peeling paint, damaged trim, cracked windshields, loose interior components, or sensitive aftermarket modifications. We will inform you of any pre-existing issues we notice before starting work whenever possible. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific appointment.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
